In order for the automatic programs to work, certain rules must be followed.
The main rules are:

Use two test kits when testing during a real estate transaction |
|
|
Place the kits in the same room, within twelve inches of each other, and no closer than four to six inches apart |
|
|
Duplicate kits must have identical information, including the address, floor, dates, times, and temperature |
|
|
Circle the "Reason for Test" as Real Estate, so the computer knows that the results should be averaged |
|
|
Place the pair of kits into a single envelope so they arrive together |
|
|
In order to correct discrepancies between kits or set the warning messages, you must have log-in access (Customer ID and password) to radon-pro.com. |
We strongly urge you to avoid the US Postal Service, unless you are nearby (even then you should use Priority Mail instead of First Class mail. |
